Lisa is a qualified radiographer and sonographer with over 30 years of clinical experience. She has pioneered the use of facial ultrasound in aesthetic practice and brings both the imaging expertise and the education background to guide precise, evidence-informed complication management. Lisa is also a co-founder of LDL Solutions.
Dr Danny Cai | Cosmetic Physician
Dr Danny Cai is a cosmetic physician with nearly 15 years of experience in aesthetic medicine and over 20 years in medical practice. A Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practice, he is a passionate advocate for client safety and early complication management. Dr Cai is a co-founder of LDL Solutions and leads the medical direction of the service.

Louise Farrar | Aesthetic Nurse
B.Sc (RN), Dip. EEN, B.Sc (Bio)Louise has dedicated her career to medicine and cosmetic practice, with over 15 years of experience in injectable pharmaceuticals. She holds dual degrees from Australian Catholic University and the University of Notre Dame, and has undertaken certified advanced training with Allergan, Ipsen and Q-MED. Louise is a clinical trainer for Cryomed and Facecoach, and brings extensive hands-on experience in managing vascular occlusions from her Potts Point clinic, which led directly to the founding of LDL Solutions.
What We Offer
Emergency Dissolving Service
Our emergency service is available for urgent management of vascular occlusion events. A team of three specialists responds in person, using real-time facial ultrasound to guide accurate diagnosis and treatment. Ultrasound allows us to confirm exactly where the filler is, guide the dissolving process, and visually confirm restoration of blood flow before the appointment concludes.
Elective Ultrasound Complication Management
For non-emergency filler-related concerns, including migration, irregular placement, or delayed concerns, we offer elective appointments for assessment and management using ultrasound-guided techniques.
